Our atlases travel as a Deutsche Post letter (Großbrief or Maxibrief), in Germany and abroad. The laminated desk pad and wall map are rolled and go by DHL Paket — tracked, and insured by DHL up to €500. Postage depends on the destination and on how the item is packed, and the cart shows it, together with the total, before you pay. PayPal then charges exactly that total.

Several items? Two atlases share one letter (€2,90 within Germany, €6,50 abroad); for more, the cart picks the cheapest combination of letters. The laminated desk pad and wall map travel rolled in a tube (up to 5 per tube), which costs DHL's roll surcharge of €3,99 on top. An order with atlases and rolled maps ships as letter(s) plus one tube. The cart works this out for you.

Orders are dispatched after payment is received, Monday to Friday, and you'll get an email confirmation when your parcel ships.

You can choose every country we deliver to in the cart. If yours is not listed, write to us — we ship almost anywhere with DHL and will quote the postage.

Good to know

All prices include the applicable German VAT (7% for printed atlases and maps).
There is no minimum order value.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are payable by the recipient.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on orders. Please see our right of withdrawal for the full cancellation policy and instructions.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not issue prepaid return labels — please send the parcel back at your own expense to the address on your invoice. As a guide, returning an item with DHL Paket costs the same as the outbound postage in the table above (for example €1,80 for an atlas sent as a letter within Germany, €3,30 from abroad).

The exact amount depends on the carrier and service you choose. We recommend a tracked service: we may withhold the refund until the goods reach us, or until you provide proof that you have sent them back — whichever comes first.

When you withdraw, we refund the purchase price plus the outbound shipping cost for our cheapest standard delivery (any surcharge you paid for a faster service is not refunded), within 14 days and via the same payment method you used to pay.
